Things to Do! Weekend Edition – October 13, 2017 – October 15, 2017

Let the Halloween activities commence! In the next day or so, I’ll be posting our big Halloween Guide but you’ll find a few activities already showing up on this weekend’s calendar.

We are in for a beautiful weekend; or so they say. It’s New England so you can never count on Mother Nature. Hopefully we will finally see some fall weather! Harvest events are everywhere; pumpkin picking and apple picking continues on, as does hayrides and corn mazes. Farmers’ Markets are winding down so make sure you get out there for your fall vegetables and fruits.

You’ll also find some great indoor museum activities, in case the weather gets temperamental.

My pick for this weekend will have to be the Enfield Jack-o-Lantern Festival on Saturday night. I’ll be there with my date, Clark Kent… Maybe Superman will make an appearance, only if he has saving to do.

Enjoy our first real fall weekend; knowing our luck it’ll snow next week…. New England.
